Mr. Deepak Arora is a Semi qualified Chartered Accountant, holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from University of Delhi, Master's degree in Finance from All India Management Association and Master's Degree in Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.

Mr. Arora is a Founder of Finact Consulting LLP which is a conglomerate of professionals coming from all walks of corporate consultancy, be it legal, commercial, accounting & finance and resolution of the stressed assets. The strength of Resolution Professionals is the blend of dedicated, proactive and senior team with an enthusiastic young team.

Over two decades of rich experience, he has led several significant assignments, providing both hands-on financial advice as well as overall strategic inputs. Mr. Arora has extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas including Corporate Commercial & Financial Transactions, Budgeting & Forecasting, payrolling, Transfer Pricing, banking , Taxation, MIS, Auditing, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory, Comprehensive Legal & Secretarial Auditors, Corporate Law Advisory, inspection & investigations to Composition of the offences under the various corporate legislations, Corporate Governance Advisory and Management Services to business entities.

Mr. Vikash is an Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has immense knowledge and over 10 years of experience in diversified secretarial matters, legal due diligence, Compounding and Extension matters, Incorporation of various entities, FEMA and NBFC Compliances, Drafting and vetting of various Legal Opinions, Agreements & Contracts and Compliances related to SEBI and Stock Exchanges.

In addition to the compliances under the Companies Act with specific impetus on Secretarial Compliance Report and Secretarial Audit, he has also ensured the Compliances related to regulations issued by the NSDL, CDSL and the NSE. He has liasoned with various Regulators and reported to Management and various statutory Bodies and also worked on Management Information System (MIS).

His acumen lies in matters like Corporate Advisory, Opinions, Streamlining the Complexities in Transactions. She always believes in team spirit and wears passion and compassion without compromise.

Mr. Vishal is associate member of the The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 20 years of experience in the field of Indian & US accounting, audit, closing and financial reporting. He has extensive audit and financial reporting experience across sectors including IT, Manufacturing and Oil Companies etc.
